According to guides for 1.5 and even a reddit thread on here it should be in an ini file located at documents\pcsx2\inis. Thing is, the command isn't in the ini. I checked all other inis as well in case they moved it but can't find it there either.

WebYes, but not on my own, lol. My issue was that the patch file still had .txt at the end. So it ended in .pnach.txt. the thing was I had no idea.
