How many miles should an athlete run a day
WebI usually take 3-5 days off every few months. Did 2000km (1200 miles) last year. On track for about 4000+ km this year so around 2500 miles. I usually sit around 1500 miles a year. This year will be a bit higher since I started a streak at the beginning of summer and have been averaging about 8 miles a day since.
