This program involves: A tailored case conceptualization and treatment plan based on the client’s presenting issues and therapy/life goals. Two weekly coached sessions. WebDalton provides individual therapy for anxiety and mood disorders using CBT, and is co-directing the group therapy program being offered at the OICBT.
